Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days. If we receive the order before 1.00pm, we dispatch the item on the same day. If we receive the order after 1.00pm, we will ship your order the following business day.  Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: FREE , Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days 

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days, extra cost of £1.99

DPD Next Day: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day, extra cost of £4.99

Please note: Delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs processing).

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within United Kingdom only. Please be aware that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). If your shipping address is invalid or incorrect, please contact us immediately to update it.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. 

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team at shopifysales@grabenparts.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered.
